How to Delete Your Data on PaisaSafeX
PaisaSafeX (developed and published under the PaisaSafeX name on Google Play) gives you full control over your data directly inside the app — no account, no waiting, no request form needed.
Delete Your Data In-App (Instant)
Since PaisaSafeX doesn't require you to create an account, most of your data lives only on your own device. You can permanently delete it yourself, right now, in a few taps:
- Open PaisaSafeX
- Tap Settings (bottom navigation bar)
- Scroll to "Clear All My Data"
- Tap it, review what will be deleted, and confirm
This immediately and permanently deletes:
- Your entire call history
- All numbers you've marked as spam or safe
- Any personal notes you've added to numbers
- Your fraud alert history
- Your list of senders you've marked as safe
This action cannot be undone, and takes effect instantly — nothing is queued or delayed. Your app settings and language preference are not affected by this action.
Uninstalling the App
Uninstalling PaisaSafeX from your device also removes all locally stored app data described above, since none of it is stored anywhere else by default.
What About Data Sent for AI Fraud Analysis?
In certain cases, PaisaSafeX sends redacted message text (with personal identifiers like OTPs, card numbers, and Aadhaar numbers automatically removed) to Google's Gemini AI service for fraud analysis. This data is used only to generate a real-time risk assessment and is not retained by us after that analysis completes — there is nothing further to delete on our end for this process.
Data We Do Not Retain On Any Server
To be clear: PaisaSafeX does not maintain a central database of your personal call history, contacts, messages, or notes. Everything described above lives on your device, under your control, and the in-app deletion option above is a complete and immediate way to erase it.
